Veltenix Systems Inc. ("Veltenix", "we", "us") respects your privacy. Veltenix Systems Inc. was founded in October 2023 and is headquartered at 811 Grand Ave, Suite 500, Los Angeles, CA 90017, USA. This policy describes the data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We are committed to protecting your personal information and maintaining transparency about our data practices.
2. Information We Collect
We collect account information you provide (name, email, company, role), usage telemetry from the platform (API calls, feature usage, performance metrics), and data you instruct us to process (customer datasets, models, analytics outputs). Customer data is processed strictly under the terms of your Master Subscription Agreement. We also collect technical information such as IP addresses, device identifiers, browser type, and operating system for security and service improvement purposes.
3. How We Use Information
To deliver and improve the Veltenix platform, secure infrastructure, support customers, comply with legal obligations, conduct analytics, and develop new features. We use your data to provide the services you've requested, personalize your experience, detect and prevent fraud or abuse, optimize our platform performance, and communicate with you about service updates. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
4. Data Security
We employ encryption in transit and at rest (AES-256), least-privilege access controls, continuous monitoring, SOC 2 Type II controls, annual penetration testing, and multi-factor authentication. Our security measures include regular security audits, intrusion detection systems, data loss prevention, and secure development practices. We maintain a comprehensive security program designed to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.
5. Subprocessors
We engage vetted infrastructure subprocessors including NVIDIA, Cloudflare, AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, and other major hyperscalers. All subprocessors undergo rigorous security assessments and are contractually bound to protect your data. A current list of subprocessors is available upon request. We notify customers of any material changes to our subprocessor list at least 30 days in advance.
6. Data Retention
We retain customer data for the duration of your subscription and for a reasonable period thereafter as required for legal, regulatory, or business purposes. Upon termination, we will delete or return your customer data in accordance with your agreement. Analytics and telemetry data may be retained for longer periods for service improvement and security purposes, in anonymized form where possible.
7. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your personal data by contacting contact@veltenix.com. You have the right to know what personal data we collect about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal requirements), object to processing of your personal data, and request restriction of processing. We respond to all legitimate requests within 30 days.
8. International Transfers
We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and equivalent mechanisms for cross-border data transfers. When we transfer data outside your jurisdiction, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your privacy rights. We comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable data protection regulations.
9. Cookies and Tracking
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management, and optional cookies for analytics and user experience improvements. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings or our cookie consent banner. We do not use tracking pixels or third-party advertising cookies on our platform. 10. Children's Privacy
Our services are not intended for children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will take steps to delete it immediately. Parents and guardians should monitor their children's internet use and contact us if they believe their child has provided us with personal information.
11. California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, you have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). We do not sell personal information as defined by CCPA.

We will notify customers of material changes to this policy via the platform, email, or other reasonable means at least 30 days before the effective date. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about how we protect your information.
